Hi Brenda,

I also experienced that kind of problem after patching but not all computer are having problems out of 30 there will one receiving this error.

I'll try to repatch the program, but the error still happen after five minutes your computer automatically restarts. The solution here is to redownload the program and patch it once done. You can also reinstall your Operating System to refresh your computer, try to remove unnecessary programs installed on your computer and update your virus scanners time to time.

If you have an old installer on your crossfire, download new versions to make it updated, older version can cause this type of error, once done patch it and observe if the program will not restart. You can also download crossfire and run the program and observe if the program will not restart.

There are many Crossfire host we have crossfire china, Philippines, Europe and etc. and compare.

Thanks,

If your Crossfire game encountered a problem after you installed the patch, you probably need to uninstall and reinstall your Crossfire game and install the latest available patch. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your Crossfire game among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process.

When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo Uninstaller then download the free version of CCleaner and install it. Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system. Install Crossfire back then download the latest Crossfire Manual Patch and install it.

See if this works. Also, make sure your computer meets the requirements. Crossfire supports Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. It requires 3.30 GHz Intel Core i3 or faster processor, 4 GB RAM, NVIDIA GT 630 or better video card, 6 GB free space, Microsoft DirectX 9.0c or higher, and internet connection (cable, DSL, or faster).

If this doesn’t fix the problem, repeat the same steps to uninstall Crossfire then download the latest Crossfire client and the latest patch. This should fix the problem. If you want to convert CCleaner to Pro, download the codes and follow the instructions.
