Hallo Bolton,

Creo may be failing to work because of compatibility issues. It may not be compatible with the windows 64 OS version that you have on your computer. The issue might also be due to a problem with registry entries. They may be corrupted. To resolve it you will need to do the following:

  • First check the specifications of Creo. It needs to be 64 bit too to be able to work well on the window 63 bit version that you are using right now.
  • If Creo is not 64 bit, you will need to get the right version and then install it. Make sure that you use CCleaner to fix problems with registry entries before you reinstall the application.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Carl
