Creating an interactive quick-summarize program

I want to create a simple program. This program will ask first for your name, address, birthday and status. Once entered, we can punch a button that can summarize everything and stating the information provided and computing for your age. Can this be attainable to Visual Basic 2015? What are the objects that I need to use? Can you provide me explanation per line? What are the problems that you encountered?
