CrashRpt is a very useful tool for collecting and handling errors of C++ applications running on Windows. If you keep getting the mentioned error no matter what you are doing on your computer, the problem is somewhere in the corrupted files.
 
The easiest fix for that is reinstalling the software. You can easily do that by uninstalling the CrashRpt, downloading the newest version from the following link: https://code.google.com/archive/p/crashrpt/downloads and installing it all over again.
