Could not receive queues remotely

This is regarding message queuing. I connected to another pc with Computer Management. I can successfully open the Public Queues folder and can see the queues. The problem is I could not receive from the queues. There is an error of:

Remote service is not available. 

How can I resolve it?

Hi Kate,

The problem here could be maybe the two pc's are not shared yet, hence you do not have the privileges to view or share the data with the other PC. So I will suggest that you share the computers by going to the Network and sharing center, then click on 'change advanced network settings'. Once there, ensure that network discovery is turned on, password protected sharing is disabled and file sharing is enabled.

Otherwise ensure that you are logged in as the administrator of the computer to enable sharing, for you cannot share your computer using a guest account.
