Greetings to all,

I am here today to seek help regarding my iPhone that can’t open a PDF file and instead pops up the error below. I have been able to open previous documents but recently like a week ago I haven’t been able to. Any ideas?

MyFile.pdf Couldn’t open the file. It may be corrupt or a file format that Preview doesn’t recognize.

Hello,

Do you have IOS6? That kind of problem appeared with IOS6 when you have too many apps that read pdf files. Tap on the attachment for a few seconds and wait until the grey square with multiple options appear. If you have too many apps, try deleting some of does apps and try again. Eventhogh I recommend you to upgrade to IOS7 and see if the problem remains.
