Hi,
I am running Mac Operating System and recently I bought a game from online resource. I just installed the game but when I attempted to start this game the following error message appeared. The error shows the graphics problem while the video card and driver compatibility with DirecDraw is fine. What could be the issue? Have any idea? Please guide me with a proper solution as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

I suggest you update your graphic drivers. Refer to your manufacturer's site to get the correct driver for your graphics system. For instance, mine is NVIDIA. There are tools in their site to detect the specs of my graphic drivers so there's no hassle for me. But again, it depends on the manufacturer.
Before you update, you may want to visit the site of DirectDraw and check the system requirements. Check the requirements line by line and make sure you meet all of those.

The problem there is with your video card which may not be compatible with the game you are trying to play. Again, check the system requirements of the game and make sure your computer meets those requirements. Since the problem is with your video card, try updating your video card driver. If this doesn’t work, you can either upgrade your video card by buying a new one or just play a different game that supports your hardware.
