Hi there,

I am seeking help for one of the error message which I am prompted for a few days now. Whenever I try to access the Citrix Metaframe presentation server, I am prompted with an error message.

I have tried changing the ICA files but still the same. I am not that aware of the application, so if someone has faced this error message please let me know a solution.

The main server or connection might not display any error when you configure it but the error could occur in some other servers connected or in some other processes. You can try to delete the temporary internet files of the user of the problem work station and see if it fixes the problem. Note that you need to have admin rights to do this because temporary files in your computer might be protected. Renaming the connection might have caused the error.

You can also rename your connection – remove the spaces found before or after the name of the file. Notice that in your screen shot, there is a space after the word notepad. You must have Terminal Server User Access Permissions to be able to edit things in the system. If you are in a network, and you do not have permissions, it should be provided to you manually.
