Hello Noel,

To resolve that issue, you will need to try the following:

  • First, open cfg.txt and then look for the Resolution screen. You will need to put 800×600 and then save the changes, and then try again.
  • Another workaround will be to reinstall the latest directx update and see if it will resolve the issue.

Regards,

Carl

Hi there user:

This is an error of Graphics Driver.

Maybe the DirectX wasn’t installed yet, and/or if it is installed already, it could be damaged.  If you don’t have it DirectX yet, here’s the link to download http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Note:     Make sure you are using an appropriate Graphics Card.

Make sure that the cfg.txt and LFS.exe should not be in the same directory.

Thanks for asking here at techyv.com

Best regards,
