Could not Access Adobe Reader X in Email and Desktop

I am trying to open Adobe Reader X in my email account with my Windows XP Home Edition PC. I am receiving error message: “AppName: acrord32.exe appVer: 10.0.0.396 modname: acrord32.dll modver: 10.0.0.407 offset: 00187035” keeps popping up. I tried to uninstall Adobe Reader and reinstall it again but the error is still there. I could not even open it on my desktop. Do any of you know any solution for this? I’d be very thankful if you can help me solve this problem.

Hi Edzelle,

 

I suggest you to record any setting you have used before uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader X.  You can also try to use a system which will help you restore when it was last worked. Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of Adobe X reader and it is compatible with the operating system that you are using right now. IF still not working, well I suggest you to reformat your windows which will be compatible to Adobe Reader that you want to use.
