I have problem in my hard disk, files were being corrupted and some data are loss.
What steps can be done in order for me to retrieve those reading damaged ntfs drive?
Firstly you should search for the root cause that is making your files being corrupted. Best approach will be scanning whole of your drive for the viruses.
Then regarding damaged data files you can use some good recovery tools like Easeus Recovery Tools to get your data back.
Once you have your data safe, then make sure to make properly defragment your hard drive on regular basis.

Its not advisable to retrieve file which is corrupted. Because if you do, there's still damage in the file, and it'll never be the same again. All you have to do is to maintain the hard disk in good condition like the following:
1. Scan the hard disk for bad block or cluster using the scan disk.
2. Arrange the file using the defrag.
3. Fix registry using registryfix or any registry fixing software.
Do this twice a week.
