Hi,

How will I correct my real-time clock in my PC? The PERQ clock was displaying the incorrect time and the worst occurred when I tried to change or correct the time setting, it is still not working. Could anyone please advise me on this?

Hi Dameon,

The problem could be that your time zone is not correctly set at your region.

Here's how (Vista/ Windows 7 users) :

  • Right click on the Clock at lower right corner of the Task bar and click "Adjust Date/ Time." After that, click on the "Change time zone" button. Next, click time zone drop menu and choose the appropriate Time Zone where you are located and check "Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time" box. You can now change the Date or Time setting of your PC.

For Windows XP user, here's how :

  • Go to Control Panel and choose "Date and Time" category. After that click "Time Zone" tab and select time zone drop menu and choose your current time zone. Done, you can now change the date and time of your PC.
