I'm having a problem on converting the notes that I received. I notice that there are some messages have an apostrophes and quotations. How can I fix it?

Your issue is basically about character encoding. You may have a different settings on your computer which gives you quotations and apostrophes.
Try going to View | Encoding to check what is the settings.
Then go to Tools > Options > International Settings and please choose to try Unicode (UTF-8).
After doing so, send the file to yourself and check if it still has the same issues.
