Content extractor for Revit 2010 won’t download cab files

Hi guys.  I'm trying to install Revit but the content extractor for Revit 2010 won't download the cab files.  The installation stops abruptly.  Why is this so?  I'm still on Windows XP 64 bit.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Revit 2010 works only on Windows XP Professional 64-bit version. This could be one reason why it won’t load cab files. For this, you simply upgrade to newer versions of Windows or use older versions of Revit. It could be also be that the .cab file was digitally signed and your computer has to have ActiveX for this kind of file.
