Most printer uses 64 bit or WPA as network security key when connecting WiFi. The router might have been re-configure and after that, Internet won't work on desktop and laptop.

The router settings has to be check, either in PPPOE or DHCP configuration. Ask your ISP what settings you should select. Once router is reconfigured, take note of your SSID and WEP or WPA.

Reboot all the devices, modem, router and computer in this sequence. After rebooting, check your desktop computer if Internet is back-up and running.

Once desktop Interne access is established then laptop has to be configure next. Look for wireless icon in the system tray and select your SSID and wireless network name. Type your network key and click connect.

Do this also in your printer, connect to your network name of SSID then type your WEP or WPA key.
