I have been trying to upgrade my Android software but the problem is I cannot connect to Kies software. I keep getting this error below. I am using Win 7 34bit Ultimate. I am in dying need of help.

Connection problem with Kies Software in Windows 7
Kies sometimes have problem when you update it. I experienced also that to my Samsung Galaxy S. To fix this error, make sure that your phone USB debugging error is turned on. Reinstall the kies drivers to your computer. Then plug in USB, and then you should see now your phone.
You can try also to uninstall it completely to you phone hooked up through the USB then re-download the software from Samsung/Kies website. If the first attempt doesn’t work try to do it again until it re-installed and works fine. If error still occurs, try to put the older version and then contact support on how to install it correctly.
