We are exercising an Exchange server; on the other hand many of our customers are having problems with linking the Exchange server. I have attempted to create the mail profile however it cannot locate the Exchange server entirely. If we disable the customer's firewall it is either not answers the issue.

Extra users have no problems entirely and I can ping the Exchange server from the troubled clients with no troubles as well.

How can I connect these clients again with the Exchange?

Hi there Sidney J Skiba

This issue occurs when the registry key does not contain all of the required data. If I explain it in depth it occurs when in the registry key, AppData string value is missing.

To solve this problem follow these steps;

Step 1 – go to start > Run > type regedit and hit enter

Step 2 – locate the following registry;

“HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerUser Shell Folders”

Step 3 – And press File > Click export

Step 4 – Give the name of the .reg file and click save

Step 5 – Copy the .reg files to the computer displaying program

Step 6 – close the Regedit editor

Hope this will solve your problem

Thank you..!!
