A free version of RealVNC is used to connect remotely to the computers on our domain. I was trying to connect RealVNC in one of the computer with OS Win7 but I was unable to connect for my work. There were no problems of installation and again no connection problem from Win7 to the other computers on the domain. But I got a problem when I tried to connect from any other computer to the Win7 machine. Always a black screen appeared and nothing to do. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

You are using a free version of RealVNC so it is very usual to show problems. So we have to use some technique to solve these kinds of problems.
If you having an error with RealVNC under windows operating system with set reflected, the function is not supported with the operating system. In this case you need to install an earlier version of RealVNC. RealVNC version 4.1.3 is the earliest version.
Uninstall the older RealVNC & delete all directory files from the computer.
Go to the link https://filehippo.com/download_realvnc/
Now download the RealVNC 4.1.3.
Now open the file and follow the installation process. After Installation restart your PC.
If still problem then you need to reinstall your operating system. Then again try to install RealVNC 4.1.3
