I want to connect my paypal account to my local bank in Bangladesh. How do i do that.

No. PayPal is not yet operating on other countries and included on the list is the Bangladesh. So there is not way you can use PayPal if you are residing in Bangladesh. But if you know someone from US , you can try the following:
1. Ask him/her to open a PayPal account from US. Register a Gmail or Yahoo Email Account.
2. Use this PayPal account to accept payments from your clients.
3. From PayPal, transfer your earnings to your friend's account in US.
4. Ask your friend to transfer your money in Bangladesh using any Money Transfer method such as Western Union and more.
