I have a laptop which is HP 540 and I have inserted a sim into it however I dont know how to connect it into the internet. Can anyone please do help me how to use this thing? Because I realy want to connect this sim into my laptop for internet surfing.

Well first of all go to HP Connection Manager and turn ON the WWAN Card whenever you try to connect the Internet. If you don't have the latest version of HP Connection Manager you can download one from the below given link:-

Note:- If your cellular provider informs you to use another Connection Manager Program then you should use that one.
Now its time to configure your WWAN Card. HP Connection Manager will guide you step by step procedure by selecting your cellular provider from the list and thats it you're done.
If still the problem persist then you can reboot your HP 540 Laptop and then repeat the same process again and am sure it will work this time.
