Hello there, I had used several times and do some to explore my Verizon’s Media Manager for windows 7 so that the next time I could use this manager I am already aware of its features. While doing this fancy exploration I notice something difference. I have 86 pictures in it while viewing the thumbnails it appears to have 21 pictures with the same thumbnails but they are in different image. Should anyone diagnose of what kind of error is this?

If you are viewing the images or pictures using the Verizon Media Manager, try refreshing the folder or directory you are presently viewing. Maybe the images on that folder are not yet updated and needs to be refreshed so that correct images will be displayed. Try closing the program then open it again on that same folder then see if the thumbnails are updated. If not, try going to a different folder that also contains pictures to see if the same thumbnails will appear.
You may also try to do a clean installation of the program to have a fresh copy installed. Uninstall Verizon Media Manager then restart your computer when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install it again then see if there is a change.
