Please consider helping me on this situation. In SBS 2003 exchange server wherein some outlook users are connecting to it via a Microsoft exchange server address that looks like MyExchange.local. When you try to configure an iPhone to this network it fails to access to .local.

How will you solve this problem? Your response would really be helpful.

The following are some workarounds to help you approach that problem:

  • You will need to test the iPhone first. You will need to configure an email account from a different server that you are sure that it is working fine. In case you do not find problems getting that account working, then you can be sure that the iPhone itself does not have a problem.
  • You will also need to check all the router settings and see if there could be a problem with them.
  • You will need to try upgrading the router the router firmware and see if it will resolve the problem.
