I have a problem with my mail box, which I use to send and receive mails everyday for my office purpose. I did not find the default enabled client in my system. My office has given me outlook to use the mails.
Please help me how to configure outlook so that I can receive all the mails to outlook and replicate accordingly.

Configure Outlook to Receive and Replicate Mails
Here's a step by step process to configure outlook to access all your mails-
Step 1- Open Outlook, on the first page Click Next and then Go to Email Accounts and then click Next to create an Email Account. Either way you can also click on Tools, in that click on Account settings, in that Go to email tab and click on New.
Step 2- In the Auto Account Setup page, Outlook will automatically set your name and email address, check if its correct. If its correct click on Next to finish the account setup. If your name and email is not correct than manually change it by selecting and clearing check box next to Manually configure server settings.
Step 3- Once you click on Next, Outlook will contact your mail servers online. It will then ask you to allow the website to set up your account automatically. Press on Allow. After a while it will say, your account is successfully configured and then click on finish and you're done.
