How can I configure Exchange 2000 to send/receive external ISP domain mails into my exchange server? And also how can I monitor/log the internal mails sent/received by Exchange?

Hi David,
You can start of by creating a new Recipient policy, instead of using or modifying the default recipient you can use a specific user or recipients where you want the policy to apply. Make sure that SMTP email address suffix is the same as your AD DOMAIN. Once done you can add filters to customize your email.
