You can add move effect easily in adobe flash software. Here following the method to move any content as like an animation:

• At first import a picture in your working stage as a graphic or movie clip content.
• Then move or copy that picture into the library. Press Ctrl+R for open library window.
• Now create a new layer and then insert that picture from the library and then insert new key frame in that layer where your inserted picture.
• Let create moving position for every picture in that key frames.
• Now press Ctrl+ Enter for check your animation.
