So you want to reduce the size without reducing the quality of the file. Actually it is impossible. If you reduce the size somehow it will also reduce the quality of the sound. The thing that we can do is minimize the effect that it can do.
FLV format is a good option to reduce the file size with the minimum effect of reducing the sounds.
About the software thing are like this. There are lots of converters, yes but they are not good. I found an amazing converter name “Format factory”. You can download the free trial version, but it is limited. So you will need to purchase it from their official website to enjoy using the unlimited version.
