Hello,

I am trouble using Microsoft Visual basic for Applications in Microsoft Word 2010. I receive the following weird message every time I open the Word. Can I use this application without having any error? Can you provide a proper solution to demolish this issue? I have tried to resolve this matter but I need your help.

Hi Richard,
The error is because there is a missing reference file.
Based on the OS installed on your system, follow the below steps to resolve this error.
1) If your system is 'Windows XP', then
 a) From your Microsoft Word Startup folder, locate 'C:Documents and Settings[USERNAME]Application DataMicrosoftWordSTARTUP
 b) Remove this file
2) If your system is 'Windows Vista/7', then
 a) From your Microsoft Word Startup folder, locate 'C:Users[USERNAME]AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWordSTARTUP
 b) Remove this file
