I am working in a Banking firm and need to open and read many PDF files. Sometimes I also need to add comments and highlight few keywords. Compare AdobeAcrobat versus Adobe Reader.

You surely need only Adobe Reader. Since Adobe Acrobat is a software used to edit PDF documents whereas it is also paid version of Adobe Software. In Adobereader, you can open, view PDF documents also sign the document with a certificate or a signature. It also features a highlighting panel and auto reading mode. All documents are also automatically adjusted to your view panel.
