Hi,

I would be very thankful if someone could help me. I installed an MFC application in my computer to do my office work.

It got installed successfully.

When I tried to configure and open the application, I received the below error message and the application experienced a force close.

Please resolve this issue ASAP as my office work is pending to do.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jody Akerly,
Follow this instruction
> Open Internet Explore
> Type the Web address (URL) in the Internet Explorer Address bar
> In the File Download dialog box, click Save
> In the Save As dialog box, specify where you want to download the file,
   and then click Save.
> Close all instances of Internet Explorer, and then close all Windows Explorer windows
> Double-click the downloaded Remcli.zip file.
> In the WinZip dialog box, double-click the Remcli.exe file.
> Restart your computer and Locate the %SYSTEMROOT%Program Files on your computer, and then delete the
   ClientMan folder from your computer.
Also follow this instruction  :[%SYSTEMROOT% is a Windows environment variable that identifies the folder where Windows XP is installed (for example, C:Windows). To view the value that is associated with %SYSTEMROOT% on your computer,
and to view other environment variables on your computer, type set at a command prompt, and then press ENTER].

Hope it will work.
Regards
Franke Mary
