Communication error message when MicroBook doesn’t receive sufficient voltage

Hello,

I am getting Communication error message when MicroBook did not receive sufficient voltage or current from the USB port connected to it. CueMix FX could not retrieve firmware version number and serial number from the MicroBook because of the insufficient USB bus power. Help me to resolve this following error message.

Hi Alex,
The error is in USB bus connected to the system.
There are multiple solutions to resolve this error.

Solution 1:
1) In the USB bus device, disconnect the powered devices connected to system bus port
2) Select the Microbook bus
3) Connect the Microbook bus to the USB port
4) Run the application

Solution 2:
1) Connect the USB of Microbook to the powered USB hub of the port
2) Connect the port to the USB hub in the system
3) After connection to the hub, it will provide normal voltage to the device
