I am not a professional and I need some guidance on the use of combofix application. I asked my friends they say that this software should be operated under the guidance of a professional as it can damage the system. Please help my computer is running slow and there are also many registry errors which are not getting corrected.

Yes your friends are correct this application should be used with a malware removal expert assistance and if not used properly then it can render your computer inoperable, ComboFix scans the computer and searches for malware and when it finds some malware files it deletes the data and cleans the infection automatically.
There are some Malware which are not able to be removed from this software so for this it gives a detailed report of the malware types and other descriptions by seeing this the expert can look into the problem and can cure the system.

Yes combofix is a good tool you can use to remove all the Malware but take care of the files because if some Windows system files are affected by Malware then this application will remove those files and then it will render your computer inoperable and after using this tool your computer cannot be the same like a new brand pc because it still remains the same and it can't be compared formatting the whole hard drive and re-installing the windows operating system.
So what should I do? I am not a professional and I am also afraid about the important data stored inside my hard disk.
