Dead or Alive 5 Collector's Edition in English is now available for pre-order in various sellers on e-Bay.
It can also be shipped to the Philippines on its release date, September 25.

The game Dead or Alive 5 is very similar to the game Tekken which is all about martial arts. In DOA 5 or Dead or Alive 5, a player’s attack is divided into 3: hold, strike, and throw. This is somewhat similar to a child’s game, rock-paper-scissors. Throw beats hold, hold beats strike, and strike beat throw.
A player’s strike has a better chance of defeating the opponent if the enemy is going to be held because the defending player should be in perfect timing when executing the correct hold.
This new game can be enjoyed with its new techniques, the critical burst and the power blow. The critical burst technique is a new tool developed to guarantee damage on the enemy and to extend combos performed. The second new technique, the power blow, is somewhat different from the first one because of its limitation.
It can only be done when your health already reached under half of it and can only be done once every round. Even if its use is very limited, it deals significant damage and slams the opponent into the environment. See some of the screenshots below.
