Hello there.

Hi Edward,

There are different ways to solve this problem. You can try installing players like VLC and Winamp that is compatible with please files. On the other hand, if you want to use Windows Media Player 11, you would need a third party software. This is because in the first place, please files are really not compatible with Windows Media Player.

You can use Open please in WMP software for this reason.

This is a freeware software that you can download from this site: http://openplsinwmp.codeplex.com/ and install In your computer. Once installed in your computer, it will automatically play any please files.

I hope this helps you.

'Please' is a file format that stores multimedia playlists. This file has to exist in the same folder as the multimedia files that are in the playlist. Trying to play this file by itself while the files are missing won't work.

The problem you're having is most likely that the files are missing.

Put it together with the files in the playlist and try playing again.
