You can clear your Outlook messages and temporary file with an easy process. First you need to use RDO or CDO. You do not need to mark the message first before you delete it. After this, Outlook Message will work according to your set functions.

I have confirmed about the matter .I am giving tips for cleaning imported data from trash .
You may know that there are two macros one of which imports the data and the other processes the data.
The process macro cycles through the cell that must be controlled on the “1” tab using values to test.
The amcro copies the values from the output tabs and pastes them into A+B tab. Then it removes the duplicate rows there.
