I got a trouble...
Create a system Image
The backup failed
One of the backup files could not be created (0x8078002A)
Additional Information:
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.(0x80070445D)

I didn’t know about this problem.
Clonezilla wouldn't allow me to make a picture.
I hope I had recorded the error, but I didn't.
However, it said about a trouble with the mbr. I need a solution about this error message. Please help me to solve it.

Hi Louise Bowl!
Please try to connect your (external) hard drive to a different USB port and try copying and check if that fixes the issue.
If it does not work, try to boot into safe mode and try copying the same and check if you can successfully complete the copy operation without any errors. (How to start your computer in safe mode?) Hold F8 before Windows boot logo appears and select 'Safe Mode' from the list.
