I have encountered a problem when logging off or when sending messages to users who are on another server using the Access Management Console and the Delivery Service Console. The error message below appears and it does not go away no matter how many times I try. Please help.

Your Citrix is having error because it has encountered problem with data storing.
“Dscheck /full fta /duplicates /clean” and “DScheck /full hotfixfolder /clean” is capable of solving the error within these specific areas.
While corruption exists, these ranges did not perform to affect any farm functionality.
“DScheck /full folders /clean” & “DScheck /fullgroups /clean” displayed errors & might only be corrected by running exact SQL scripts against the data store.
Since this is an upgraded data store, running “PatchIndex” was required – see CTX115750 & CTX123759. When this is fixed, there were no additional Discovery Console connected errors.
