Hello expert, I have installed a new MSN messenger 2011. I need to check MSN status 2011 on my PC because my friend is also using MSN. But when he was on online it shows me as offline. What was this problem? Please can you explain me? Thank you.

Hello there! The reason why that happens maybe because you are 'Invisible' or your status is set 'Offline' or he/she is the one who is 'Invisible' and your the one online. When one of you sets this status, you will appear 'Offline' to your contacts even though you aren't. For this issue, you may simply change your current MSN status to 'Online' or 'Busy' so that you will appear online again to your contacts.
