Be sure that the Internet connection is to your phone. Be sure that the back up your phone is available. Updating your phone will attach new version replacing the old one.
1. Swipe left the window screen.
2. Scroll down the screen and choose settings.
3. Navigate down to phone updates.
4. Check for any updates available and select for download.
