You do not need any conversion software to change the language in your iPad. all you have to do is follow these instructions:
1. Go to Settings
2. Choose General
(find the same icon as number 1)
3. Choose International
(second to the last option in the list)
4. Choose Language
(the first option in the list)
5. Select English
6. Wait for it to finish
