I successfully installed Groove Server 2010 but when I am trying to connect with the server and enter my server account code and account server, I am receiving this error message: “Sharepoint Workspace did not detect any authentication certificates suitable for your identity. Please contact your administrator”. Have I done anything wrong with the installation? Can someone please help me?

Hi there.

Got trouble on operating Groove Server 2010. Well this error may followed by another message or error message that will provide more details about the error. This issue happen due to Groove administrator deployed a security policy that requires Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates to authenticate Groove identities in a managed domain. Reconnect you computer to the internet.Groove will periodically check the validity of your certificate with the CA that your PKI system uses. In other word Groove Server 2010 won’t have a chance or have a chance but it won’t yet do and it result for. Your identity cannot be validated, even though your certificate may be valid To resolve this issue, you must reconnect to the network that provides access to the CA so that Groove can check the revocation status for your certificate.

Hope this will help you.

Matt Tiger.
