While fixing, you might have inadvertently reformatted your own hard drive to some smaller sized partition and also still left an additional partition present which can be prepared in different ways that means it certainly won't be available.
If your system drive, C, is showing you that it is already full, just do a disk cleanup on your hard drive or empty your recycle bin to remove that message from the screen. To empty the Recycle Bin, right-click on the Recycle Bin then select Empty Recycle Bin just like what is described in the image below.
You may also do a disk cleanup on your hard drive to clear your computer from any temporary files, downloaded program files, temporary internet files, and webclient/publisher temporary files. You can access Disk Cleanup by clicking Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools. If you have other disk cleanup utility tool, use it instead.
