Can't remember the password of the laptop

There are lot of tools available on the internet for you to recover password on your laptop. I've mentioned some of the tools that are available for free on the net.

• Cain & Abel

One of the best recovery tools available. Easy recovery using lots of techniques

• John the Ripper

Open Source software available for various platforms. There is also a pro version if you considered to spend some money.

• Offline NT Password & Registry Editor

Used to reset the password and comes in CD or Floppy images to boot from.

• PC Login Now

It will not let you display your Windows password but instead, it will delete your current password making it easy for you to access your Windows again.

Apart from these tools there are also BootCDs which comes with in-built mini XP having all the tools required for you to crack the password. One of them is Hiren's BootCD and you can download it from here.

Dear you have forgotten your password of your account.

It is very easy to reset your password.

First when you come on windows logon screen. And require password from you then you have to press some keys.

Press CTRL+ALT and press DEL twice. It will take you to the username dialog box.

Type "Administrator" in username and press enter.

It will logon into Administrator account. Now open control panel and go to user account. Choose your account and click on remove password.

It will remove your password.

Then log off again and log in via your account.
