Hello Everyone,
One of our laptop in the office is returned now because the laptop before run slowly in need to be a rush in computer shop to have necessary actions. Going back had problem that I can’t run the Nero. I remember that before we rush it to the computer shop it run well. How can I use the Nero again?

I have encountered this error when Nero 9 – the new version is installed. The error message would appear when media files which certain codes required are running.  Therefore Nero 9 is un-installed and run Nero’s ‘General clean tool utility’.
Â
Please try these two methods.
Â
1. Uninstall Nero and clear all its components and then re-install.
Â
2. Search the files under below folders that have this message and delete those files.Â
C:Program FilesCommon FilesAhead structure.
C:Program FilesNero structureÂ
C:Program FilesCommon FilesAhead
C:Program FilesNero or
C:Program FilesCommon FilesNero
C:Program FilesAhead

Can’t proceed to burn in Nero
Have you tried restarting the computer just in case the error was just a glitch on the software? If so and you still have the same problem, then the file may indeed be gone. It may have been renamed or deleted accidentally by one of the users, or by your security software due to it mistakenly detecting the file as a threat. You can try doing system restore and see if that helps. If it doesn't, completely uninstall and then reinstall your copy of Nero. The reinstallation should be able to provide a clean copy of the missing DLL file.

You just try this if its work just simply restart your computer then you record the serial number of the Nero installation then just follow the instruction in the Nero version then simply Uninstall Nero from your system to remove your just simply click the control panel then select the add/remove programs utility then search the Nero files then uninstall that then restart again your system then you just simply download the Nero General Clean Tool utility to the net just simply restart again to be safe then to avoid any error again and then  reinstall the Nero from your computer and then just look from the net the latest version of the Nero then restart again your machine to be sure then just simply scan the software if there an infected files to be sure only.
