Hi,
I have been having trouble with my laptop recently. I could not find my own router in the connection list. I tried to type it manually but still the list does not show my router.Â

How could this happen? Can anybody help me please?

Hi,
Try and check your router settings and verify the SSID. The network name that you’re looking for, may not be what’s set on the network. Also try and see if the network is set to broadcast the network name or if it’s hidden. This could be the reason why your computer is not seeing it. If it’s hidden, you have to manually create a network profile on your computer. Also check to see if your wireless router’s antennas are connected properly. If these are not connected properly, your wireless router will only be able to broadcast in a very short range.
