I need help the system restore come back can not restore.
The updates is the same.
Will not updates.
Please help WINDOWS XP 20000

Cannot do system restore on WIN XP 2000
Some times your firewall also cause this problem. so before you this task.  turn off the firewall and do this. otherwise repair your windows. because it has some missing files. so repair it from windows disk. check that which windows you are using. Is it registered or not?
Try to update the previous or the best thing is that uninstall it and download the new and latest version from a good source and make sure that your system supports the latest version. Other thing is that there might be some file corrupt or some virus is there which is resisting the update so try to scan your computer and repair the windows and other files. Do this in normal mode or the best thing is to do it from safe mode.

Cannot do system restore on WIN XP 2000
You'll need to do the following:
Reboot your PC, Go to startup Menu of Windows by hitting F8, select Safe Mode, allow it to boot (it will take a bit longer than normal booting). Login as Administrator. After you see the  Desktop, Click Start Menu, then Accessories, then System Tools, then System Restore and then select a date, it will also describe what changes will be effected.Â
If it doesn't help, go to Control Panel, Select Programs and Features, and then check "show updates", it will show you the Windows/ Microsoft updates.
Uninstall desired update which is causing errors.
