Hi,

When I try to delete the files on my recycle bin i get an error saying "Cannot delete desktop , the file or directory is corrupted or unreadable" I can delete them one by one but I can't delete them all at once, is there any way to solve this matter ? It would be a big help.

Thanks,

Hi,

Don’t emptied your recycle bin that’s the expert said those unwanted files that you deleted will be needed in future.

I also experienced that kind of error when i want to remove those unwanted files on my USB and it’s still there even if I already deleted it. Some of them are part of your Operating System program which cannot be deleted.

This files are write protected already. For those ordinary files that can’t be deleted like the components in the game. It is a bug already that has been installed on your Operating System. The only program that has a power to delete this bug is the anti virus. I have a lot of program which irremovable in my system but instead i continue using it because if delete this file my system will be affected and my games will not work.

Solution:

Download Regcleaner

Thanks,

Are there files in the recycle bin or is it empty? If there are files in the recycle bin, and maybe one of the files is a shortcuts that consists the desktop files then you will need to restore those files to their folder location in the primary hard drive. That is a warning against deleting the contents of the recycle bin the might lead you to lose important desktop files.

But if you have checked that the files in the recycle bin do not have anything that may put your system at risk if you delete it, then you can try an alternative to empty the recycle bin files.

  • Install ccleaner, and the launch it.
  • Run the system cleanup, and make sure that you take the recycle bin as one of the locations on your computer to be cleaned.
