Sorry to say that there is the possibility to damage of your cartage. You may have to change this for further actions.
I like to tell the causes of this type of weird problem to you so that you will not fall into this type of problem anymore.
This cartage although in new also can show this problem
1. You put the printer idle so long without printing any page.
2. You fill the cartage after finishes all of its previous ink
To get rid of this, try to print at least one page in a day
Fill the ink when 10/20 % remains of previous ink

Thanks that you have shared your problem with us. Dear it seems that you have ignored some sensors inside of the cartridge while refilling.
Some sensors are available into the Tonner Cartridge, you have missed to connect them. Kindly check your all sensors inside the tonner.
