Hi there Salvadorjr,

Unfortunately, as far as I know, the software that will allow you to reset of the counter on your printer is not available. However, you can reset the counter manually, following the next steps:

First of all you have to enter the service mode. To do so, turn on your printer, and disconnect and connect it to the power cord. In case you don't have the green light on, your printer is not in the service mode so you'll have to keep trying unplugging it until it enters the service mode.

Press the Resume/Cancel button and while holding it pressed the Power button to.

Then release the Resume button still holding the power button pressed.

Still holding the power button press Resume button two times in the row.

Release all the buttons.

Wait till the light is green and then press the Resume button four times.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian

There are different ways how to reset the ink counter. Try which method works on your printer. For the first method, press and hold one of the following buttons for five (5) seconds: Stop/Reset, OK, or Resume. After this, you will be able to continue printing under the “ink out” condition. If this doesn’t work, here’s the second method.

Press and hold the Resume and Power buttons simultaneously for five (5) seconds. After this, release the Resume button but continue holding the Power button. Now, press the Resume button five (5) times then release the Power button. You should see the blinking ink level/power light go steady after a few seconds. After this, you will be able to continue printing under the “ink out” condition.

If this doesn’t work, try the third method. Turn off the printer. Next, press and hold the Stop/Reset button while pressing the Power button then hold both buttons. Next, release the Stop/Reset button then press it twice and then release all buttons. Wait about thirty (30) seconds or until the LED shows without quotes “0”.

Now, press the Stop/Reset button four (4) times. After this, press the Power button twice. This should turn on the printer. Now, turn off the printer by pressing the Power button again. The printer should now be reset. Next, to reset the cartridge ink counter, make sure the printer is off then unplug the Power cable and the USB cable from the printer.

Next, open the cartridge door then press and hold the Power button. Plug the Power cable back while still holding the Power button. After this, close the cartridge door then release the Power button. The ink cartridge should now be reset.
