I have received a canon mx700 error code 5100 on my canon printer. It is not mentioned that which type of manual come. First time this type of problem comes. Please find a way to solve it?

This is a print head issue.

Do the following steps to attempt:

  1. Open the printer and waits for the carriage.
  2. Ink carriage would be removed from the print
  1. Cotton swabs dipped in hot water to clean the print
  2. Repeat the process until the no ink resides in cotton swabs.
  3. Finished, and then allow drying and replacing the cartridge.
