Cannot take photo using Logitech QuickCam

Good day,

I am having a strange kind of problem with my Logitech QuickCam, every time I try to take a photo, the photo is not captured showing an “error code 2147467259”.

I am confused with this problem and cannot find any solution even after reinstallation. Waiting for your help.

For that problem, I found two solutions. First, you can try using third party software's in taking pictures. Third party software's are software's that can access and tamper with the operating system and are created by people other than the companies that provided the operating system. 
 
If that still doesn't solve the issue you can just contact the Logitech Support to get professional help on your problem to really find the right solution from people who have direct associations with the company which produced the product.

Hi, 

 
Try reinstalling the Logitech driver if you have one with that webcam or check the compatibility of the Logitech webcam to your operating system. 
 
Sometimes the webcam itself is defective if all the troubleshoot have been cast well you have to take it to the nearest logistic support center near your location.

Hi,

Have you tried using a different USB port for the cam? 

If not, try a different USB port and test your cam again. If the problem persists download an updated driver/software of your specific camera and uninstall the current driver/software.

Restart your computer and install the newly downloaded driver/software. 

Check your cam again after installation. If it still does not work it may be an internal problem of the cam that may need some repair, or better yet, replace your cam.
